All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing and transit times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer secure courier shipping across India on all jewelry orders. Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and courier services.
- Express Shipping: Available during checkout for select PIN codes (typically 1-3 business days after dispatch).

3. International Shipping
Yes, we offer international shipping!
For international orders, please contact us directly via WhatsApp before placing your order. Our support team will assist you with shipping availability, custom delivery timelines, and country-specific shipping charges.
4. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Damages & Issues
We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 5 days of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Required
To report damaged or incorrect items, you must provide a complete, uninterrupted 360° unboxing video starting before opening the package until the product is fully displayed.
