Return & Exchange Policy

At Aminora Jewel, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return, a complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before opening the package and continue without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions until the product is fully displayed.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The complete unboxing process.
  • The product received.
  • The condition of the product upon arrival.

* Claims submitted without a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video cannot be reviewed or approved.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide the required unboxing video along with clear photographs.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Aminora Jewel may offer:

  • A replacement of the product.
  • An exchange for the correct item.
  • A refund, where applicable.

* Any approved refund or replacement will be processed only after the original product has been returned and received by our team.

3. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for another design or style, you may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts must be included.
  • The product must be returned in resaleable condition.

Once the returned item is received, our team will conduct a quality inspection. If the product meets our exchange requirements, the exchange process will proceed.

4. Exchange Shipping Charges

For exchanges requested due to personal preference, including a change of design, style, or product selection:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to Aminora Jewel.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
  • Applicable courier charges must be paid before the exchanged product is dispatched.

5. 💍 Exchanges for Ring Sizes

We get it online shopping can be tricky. Here's how we handle ring size exchanges: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 249/- will have to be borne by the customer. This covers both pickup and delivery.

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us on Instagram or email within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order number and the size or product you’d like in exchange.
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Once we receive and inspect the piece, we’ll process your exchange.

Please note: Shipping for size exchanges is borne by the customer. Timely communication is essential for smoother experience.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery.
  • Missing, incomplete, edited, cut, paused, or interrupted unboxing videos.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, water exposure, perfume exposure, chemical exposure, or improper handling after delivery.
  • Products returned in a condition that affects their resale quality.

6. Product Variations

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, size, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and the nature of the manufacturing process.

Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
