The video must:
- Be continuous without cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- Clearly show the contents and condition of the product after opening.
Claims submitted without a complete unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
If a product is received damaged, defective, or if an error has occurred on our part, we will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution based on the evidence submitted. Where an error is confirmed on our part, we will take responsibility for the resolution.
